This week the market was slightly down. The Dow was down 116 points, ending the week at 24,715. The S&P was down 14.75 points, ending the week at 2712.97
This week there are significantly fewer companies announcing earnings. We are looking forward to earnings from the following companies: Autozone, Hewlett Packard (HPE), Toll Brothers, Sears, Target, NGL Partners, Best Buy and Gap.
In this episode we discuss the results from last week’s trades on Dicks Sporting Goods, Cisco, and Facebook.
We then discuss the trades for this week, including a covered call on MongoDB, a credit spread on the Dow Jones Average ETF, and a debit spread with a twist in XLF S&P Financials ETF.
