This week marks week number four of declines. The market seems to be trickling down, as many folks are starting to expect it to fall even more. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 483 points, ending the week at 27,173 points. The S&P 500 Index lost 21 points, to close the week at 3,298 points.
