The markets experienced a fourth consecutive week of negative performance. In fact, the Dow is down 8% since February 20th and the S&P is down nearly 6%. This week, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 981 points, closing at 45,577 points. The S&P 500 Index lost 125 points, ending the week at 6,506 points.
