The first full week of trading in 2019 was a positive one. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 562 points to end the week at 23,995 points. The S&P 500 Index grew 64 points this week, ending at 2,596 points.
There are 104 publicly traded companies in the US that will be announcing quarterly earnings this upcoming week. On Monday we’ll hear from Interactive Broker and Citigroup. On Tuesday, Delta Airlines, United Continental, Charles Schwab, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, and UnitedHealth Group will announce quarterly earnings. On Wednesday Alcoa, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and Kinder Morgan will report quarterly earnings. And on Thursday and Friday we’ll hear from Netflix, Morgan Stanley and Schlumberger.
In this week’s show, we will cover the trades from last week on General Electric, US Oil Fund ETF, and Apple.
And we discuss three new trades on Carvana, Cronos Group, and American Airlines.
